Paul Michaud
Paul started volunteering with the Springs Food Pantry in 2023, thanks to a chance lunch with Kira Brandman. “I had just retired and was looking for ways to give back,” he says. “Over lunch, I told Kira that, and without missing a beat, she said, ‘Come with me.’ That’s how I found this amazing community.”
He now helps with Monday setup, receives deliveries, and pitches in during Wednesday distributions. Over time, Paul also began lending his tech skills—helping streamline the check-in system, update the website, and boost the Pantry’s digital marketing and fundraising efforts.
Before joining Springs Food Pantry, Paul worked in project management, tech startups, consulting, and digital marketing. He has a Computer Science degree from MIT, which came in especially handy when diving into the website updates.
